How We Got Here
We would like to inform you about Group Godiawala Enterprise, our current structure established in 1978 by Mr. S.N.Godiawala with Textile Chemicals. Then Mr.M.S.Godiawala joined in 1990 and expanded the business with a vision of the future and added Specialty chemicals for Plastics, Cosmetic, Construction Chemical especially waterproofing.
We are authorized stockist and distributors for:

• Plastic polymer additive for Plastic Industry
• Cosmetics additives for Pharmaceutical Industry
• Textiles chemicals
2)DEMOSHA CHEMICALS P.LTD
Hydro, Decolite for textile Industry
3) APCOTEX INDUSTRIES LTD
Construction chemicals mainly Water Proofing.
We have a well planned and designed infrastructured warehouse and transportation facility and dedicated staff for logistics, back office for smooth handling and distribution of our materials.
